Pr\u00e9ambule et Champ d\u2019Application<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 <strong>TOUENNORVEGE<\/strong>, S.A.R.L. au capital de [Montant \u00e0 d\u00e9finir]\u20ac, immatricul\u00e9e au Registre du Commerce et des Soci\u00e9t\u00e9s (RCS) de Montpellier sous le num\u00e9ro [Num\u00e9ro RCS \u00e0 d\u00e9finir], dont le si\u00e8ge social est situ\u00e9 <strong>[Num\u00e9ro] rue Malboosc, 34000 Montpellier<\/strong>, est titulaire d\u2019une immatriculation au registre des op\u00e9rateurs de voyages et de s\u00e9jours sous le num\u00e9ro IM034XXXXXX.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les pr\u00e9sentes Conditions G\u00e9n\u00e9rales de Vente (CGV) r\u00e9gissent l\u2019offre et la vente de voyages ou de s\u00e9jours au sens de l\u2019article L. 211-2 du Code du Tourisme. Elles sont applicables \u00e0 toute r\u00e9servation effectu\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de TOUENNORVEGE pour ses produits de voyages en Norv\u00e8ge. Le client reconna\u00eet avoir pris connaissance et accept\u00e9 les pr\u00e9sentes CGV avant la validation de sa r\u00e9servation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. R\u00e9servation et Paiement<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.1. Inscription<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toute inscription \u00e0 un voyage doit \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9e du bulletin d&rsquo;inscription d\u00fbment rempli et sign\u00e9, ainsi que du versement d\u2019un acompte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.2. Acompte<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sauf mention contraire sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 l&rsquo;offre, un acompte repr\u00e9sentant <strong>30% du prix total<\/strong> du voyage (hors assurances) est exig\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019inscription. Pour toute r\u00e9servation effectu\u00e9e moins de <strong>30 jours<\/strong> avant la date de d\u00e9part, le r\u00e8glement de la <strong>totalit\u00e9 du prix<\/strong> est imm\u00e9diatement exig\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.3. Solde<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le solde du prix du voyage doit \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9, sans relance de notre part, au plus tard <strong>30 jours<\/strong> avant la date du d\u00e9part. \u00c0 d\u00e9faut de r\u00e8glement du solde dans les d\u00e9lais prescrits, TOUENNORVEGE se r\u00e9serve le droit de consid\u00e9rer que le client a annul\u00e9 son voyage et d\u2019appliquer les frais d\u2019annulation pr\u00e9vus \u00e0 l&rsquo;article 4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.4. Modes de Paiement<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le paiement peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 par carte bancaire (Visa, MasterCard), virement bancaire ou ch\u00e8que.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Prix<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.1. R\u00e9vision des Prix<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019article L. 211-12 du Code du Tourisme, les prix pr\u00e9vus au contrat sont fermes. Ils ne sont r\u00e9visables qu&rsquo;\u00e0 la hausse ou \u00e0 la baisse pour tenir compte des variations :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Du co\u00fbt des transports, li\u00e9s notamment au co\u00fbt du carburant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des redevances et taxes aff\u00e9rentes aux prestations incluses, telles que les taxes d&rsquo;atterrissage, d&#8217;embarquement ou de d\u00e9barquement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des taux de change appliqu\u00e9s au voyage ou au s\u00e9jour concern\u00e9 (notamment le taux de la Couronne Norv\u00e9gienne &#8211; NOK).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toute augmentation du prix total sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 <strong>8%<\/strong> donne droit \u00e0 l&rsquo;annulation du voyage par le client sans frais. Aucune augmentation de prix n&rsquo;interviendra dans les <strong>20 jours<\/strong> pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant la date de d\u00e9part pr\u00e9vue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.2. Prestations Non Utilis\u00e9es<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le voyageur qui n\u2019utilise pas tout ou partie des prestations ou services inclus dans son forfait voyage ne peut pr\u00e9tendre \u00e0 aucun remboursement, sauf accord contraire de TOUENNORVEGE et des prestataires concern\u00e9s (h\u00e9bergement, transport, etc.) et pour motifs justifi\u00e9s (hospitalisation, cas de force majeure).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Annulation et Modification (Par le Client)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toute annulation ou modification doit \u00eatre notifi\u00e9e \u00e0 TOUENNORVEGE par lettre recommand\u00e9e avec accus\u00e9 de r\u00e9ception. La date de r\u00e9ception de cette notification sera la date retenue pour l&rsquo;application des frais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.1. Frais d\u2019Annulation<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><td><strong>D\u00e9lai avant le D\u00e9part<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Frais Retenus (sur le prix total du voyage)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Plus de 60 jours<\/td><td>10% du prix total (minimum 100\u20ac par personne)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>De 59 \u00e0 31 jours<\/td><td>30% du prix total<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>De 30 \u00e0 15 jours<\/td><td>50% du prix total<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>De 14 \u00e0 7 jours<\/td><td>75% du prix total<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Moins de 7 jours et No Show<\/td><td>100% du prix total<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Note Importante :<\/strong> Les assurances, les frais de visa et les frais de dossier ne sont <strong>jamais<\/strong> remboursables.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.2. Frais de Modification<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toute modification de dossier par le client (changement de date, d\u2019h\u00f4tel ou de nom, si cela est autoris\u00e9 par le prestataire) apr\u00e8s confirmation entra\u00eenera des frais de modification de <strong>50\u20ac<\/strong> par personne, plus les \u00e9ventuels frais exig\u00e9s par les prestataires (compagnies a\u00e9riennes, h\u00f4tels, etc.).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\ud83d\udcdd Conditions G\u00e9n\u00e9rales de Vente (CGV) de TOUENNORVEGE 1.
