Actuellement, je d\u00e9bute un BTS NDRC, apr\u00e8s avoir obtenu mon bac pro vente avec la mention assez bien. Cette formation me permet d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir des comp\u00e9tences solides en techniques de vente, n\u00e9gociation et gestion de la relation client, domaines qui me passionnent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je suis une personne dynamique, motiv\u00e9e et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute, des qualit\u00e9s essentielles pour r\u00e9ussir dans la relation client. J\u2019appr\u00e9cie particuli\u00e8rement le travail en \u00e9quipe, car je pense que la collaboration est primordiale pour atteindre des objectifs communs et apporter des solutions adapt\u00e9es aux clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J\u2019ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 eu une exp\u00e9rience professionnelle lors d\u2019un stage \u00e0 l\u2019auto-\u00e9cole Start and Go, o\u00f9 j\u2019ai pu \u00eatre polyvalente en accueillant les clients, en r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 leurs questions et en participant \u00e0 la gestion administrative. Cette exp\u00e9rience m\u2019a permis de mieux comprendre les exigences du service client et l\u2019importance de la satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 moyen terme, mon objectif est de poursuivre mes \u00e9tudes dans le commerce international afin de d\u00e9velopper mes comp\u00e9tences dans un environnement multiculturel et dynamique.
