{"id":178,"date":"2025-11-19T13:12:53","date_gmt":"2025-11-19T13:12:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ndrc-montpellier.fr\/wp27\/sam\/?page_id=178"},"modified":"2026-09-21T14:44:55","modified_gmt":"2026-09-21T14:44:55","slug":"cgv-tousennorvege-fr","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ndrc-montpellier.fr\/wp27\/sam\/cgv-tousennorvege-fr\/","title":{"rendered":"CGV LA FERME DES SAVEURS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conditions G\u00e9n\u00e9rales de Vente (CGV) \u2013 LA FERME DES SAVEURS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Derni\u00e8re mise \u00e0 jour : 19 novembre 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 1 : D\u00e9signation du vendeur<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les pr\u00e9sentes conditions r\u00e9gissent les ventes de voyages et de s\u00e9jours effectu\u00e9es par l&rsquo;agence <strong>LA FERME DES SAVEURS<\/strong>, Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 Responsabilit\u00e9 Limit\u00e9e (SARL) au capital de 10 000 \u20ac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Si\u00e8ge social :<\/strong> [Num\u00e9ro] Avenue de F\u00e8s, 34080 Montpellier (Quartier Malbosc).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Immatriculation Atout France :<\/strong> IM[Num\u00e9ro_Fictif]<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Garantie Financi\u00e8re :<\/strong> APST (Association Professionnelle de Solidarit\u00e9 du Tourisme).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Assurance RCP :<\/strong> [Nom de l&rsquo;assureur], contrat n\u00b0[Num\u00e9ro].<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Contact :<\/strong> contact@tousennorvege.fr | 04 67 XX XX XX.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 2 : Inscription et Acompte<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;inscription \u00e0 l&rsquo;un de nos s\u00e9jours (circuits fjords, autotours, chasses aux aurores bor\u00e9ales, croisi\u00e8res Hurtigruten, etc.) implique l&rsquo;adh\u00e9sion sans r\u00e9serve aux pr\u00e9sentes conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L&rsquo;inscription ne devient d\u00e9finitive qu&rsquo;apr\u00e8s r\u00e9ception du bulletin d&rsquo;inscription sign\u00e9 et d&rsquo;un <strong>acompte de 30 %<\/strong> du montant total du voyage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour toute inscription r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 moins de 35 jours du d\u00e9part, le r\u00e8glement int\u00e9gral du prix du voyage est exig\u00e9 imm\u00e9diat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 3 : Prix et Modalit\u00e9s de Paiement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les prix sont indiqu\u00e9s en Euros (\u20ac) et s&rsquo;entendent TTC. Le solde du voyage doit \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9 imp\u00e9rativement <strong>35 jours avant la date de d\u00e9part<\/strong>, sans relance de notre part. En l&rsquo;absence de r\u00e8glement du solde dans ce d\u00e9lai, LA FERME DES SAVEURS se r\u00e9serve le droit de consid\u00e9rer l&rsquo;inscription comme annul\u00e9e par le client (application des frais d&rsquo;annulation).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>R\u00e9vision des prix :<\/strong> Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la loi, les prix peuvent \u00eatre modifi\u00e9s jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 20 jours avant le d\u00e9part pour tenir compte des variations :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Du co\u00fbt des transports (notamment carburant).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des redevances et taxes (taxes d&rsquo;a\u00e9roport, d&rsquo;atterrissage, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des taux de change appliqu\u00e9s au voyage (Couronne Norv\u00e9gienne &#8211; NOK).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 4 : Conditions d&rsquo;Annulation par le Client<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si le client doit annuler son voyage, il doit en informer TOUSENNORVEGE par lettre recommand\u00e9e avec AR ou par email confirm\u00e9. Les frais retenus sont les suivants (sauf conditions sp\u00e9cifiques li\u00e9es \u00e0 certains vols non remboursables) :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><td>D\u00e9lai avant le d\u00e9part<\/td><td>Frais d&rsquo;annulation (par personne)<\/td><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Plus de 60 jours<\/td><td>100 \u20ac (frais de dossier)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>De 60 \u00e0 31 jours<\/td><td>30 % du montant total<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>De 30 \u00e0 21 jours<\/td><td>50 % du montant total<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>De 20 \u00e0 8 jours<\/td><td>75 % du montant total<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Moins de 8 jours ou non-pr\u00e9sentation<\/td><td>100 % du montant total<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 5 : Sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s \u00ab\u00a0Norv\u00e8ge\u00a0\u00bb et Responsabilit\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5.1 Al\u00e9as climatiques et naturels :<\/strong> La Norv\u00e8ge est une destination de nature. TOUSENNORVEGE ne saurait \u00eatre tenue responsable si des conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques d\u00e9favorables emp\u00eachent la r\u00e9alisation de certaines activit\u00e9s (ex: temp\u00eate emp\u00eachant une sortie en mer aux Lofoten, couverture nuageuse emp\u00eachant la visibilit\u00e9 des aurores bor\u00e9ales). Ces \u00e9v\u00e9nements ne donnent droit \u00e0 aucun remboursement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5.2 Condition physique :<\/strong> Certains circuits (randonn\u00e9es \u00e0 Trolltunga, Preikestolen, ski de rando) exigent une bonne condition physique. Le client est responsable de l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation de ses capacit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 6 : Formalit\u00e9s Administratives et Sanitaires<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour les ressortissants fran\u00e7ais, une <strong>carte nationale d&rsquo;identit\u00e9 ou un passeport en cours de validit\u00e9<\/strong> est requis pour l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e en Norv\u00e8ge (Espace Schengen). Il appartient au client de v\u00e9rifier la validit\u00e9 de ses documents.
