Les pr\u00e9sentes Conditions G\u00e9n\u00e9rales d’Utilisation (CGU) r\u00e9gissent l’acc\u00e8s et l’utilisation du site internet www.tousennorvege.fr<\/strong> (ci-apr\u00e8s le \u00ab\u00a0Site\u00a0\u00bb), \u00e9dit\u00e9 par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 TOUSENNORVEGE.FR<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le terme \u00ab\u00a0Utilisateur\u00a0\u00bb d\u00e9signe toute personne qui se connecte au Site. L’acc\u00e8s et la navigation sur le Site impliquent l’acceptation sans r\u00e9serve des pr\u00e9sentes CGU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Site est accessible gratuitement \u00e0 tout Utilisateur disposant d’un acc\u00e8s \u00e0 internet. L’Agence met en \u0153uvre tous les moyens raisonnables pour assurer un acc\u00e8s de qualit\u00e9 au Site, mais n’est tenue \u00e0 aucune obligation d’y parvenir. L’Agence se r\u00e9serve le droit de modifier, suspendre ou interrompre l’acc\u00e8s \u00e0 tout ou partie du Site, \u00e0 tout moment et sans pr\u00e9avis, notamment pour des raisons de maintenance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le contenu du Site (descriptifs de voyages, photos, vid\u00e9os, articles) est fourni \u00e0 titre informatif et n’a pas de valeur contractuelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article 3 : Propri\u00e9t\u00e9 Intellectuelle<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Toute reproduction, repr\u00e9sentation, modification, publication, adaptation de tout ou partie des \u00e9l\u00e9ments du Site, quel que soit le moyen ou le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 utilis\u00e9, est strictement interdite sans l’autorisation \u00e9crite pr\u00e9alable de l’Agence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article 4 : Liens Hypertextes et Responsabilit\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Le Site peut contenir des liens hypertextes vers d’autres sites internet. L’Agence ne contr\u00f4le pas ces sites et ne peut \u00eatre tenue responsable de leur contenu, de leur fonctionnement, ni des dommages ou pr\u00e9judices pouvant r\u00e9sulter de leur consultation ou utilisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’Utilisateur est seul responsable de l’utilisation qu’il fait du contenu du Site et des \u00e9ventuelles cons\u00e9quences dommageables directes ou indirectes qui pourraient en d\u00e9couler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article 5 : Comportement de l’Utilisateur<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

L’Agence se r\u00e9serve le droit de supprimer sans pr\u00e9avis tout contenu qui ne respecterait pas cette charte de bonne conduite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article 6 : Droit Applicable et Juridiction<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
